The Thoram, and Thoramin -- An idea that I have had in "development" for the past several years that I've not found a good reason to use until an opportunity had presented itself in Champions Online with its open-ended and expansive universe. Garret's "True Origins" section explains, mostly, why he looks how he does, and why he's as (assumingly) intelligent as he is.
