Origin
Bran-Donn of Multifaria sector 2198 was a shy, timid 8-year-old young boy who saw his parents killed by Destroids after they believed them to be mutants and killed them in front of their hiding son and young baby girl, Kayla Donn. Bran-Donn decided to take his baby sister and go on the run before realizing there was nowhere to run, "The Destroyer" was everywhere, Bran-Donn decided to take care of sister out of an old abandoned house but was soon found out by a group of thugs who wanted money, he managed to escape them with his is younger sister and realized his actions were just gonna keep getting him trouble and just endangering his sister so he let her live with her grandmother while Bran-Donn would go out and search for food and supplies to support his sister.
Bran-Donn got a job as an underage chemical engineer during the day and at night a rebel who roamed the streets in search for supplies to help him and his younger sister. Bran-Donn's actions finally caught up to him when a group of Destroids sprung a trap to capture Bran-Donn and bring him in to "The Destroyer" but Bran-Donn ran into the factory he worked with the chemicals forgetting about the the new Hyper-Charged Chemical vat that was extremely weak against plasma-based lasers and discharge and when Bran-Donn ducked behind the vat for cover the whole blew the factory to smithereens leaving only Bran-Donn the only survivor.
Who is Vital?
Theodore "Ted" Travis is the clone of Bran-Donn aka Brandon Grant aka Kid Kinetik (during the time). Theodore was cloned from Brandon after someone successfully was able to receive a blood sample and was able to create a clone that possessed all Brandon's natural traits but "reversed", Theodore was the exact opposite of Brandon, he is described as "If Brandon can "flash-forward" then Theodore can go "reverse". Theodore wheres a green and white version of Brandon's Kid Kinetik costume and has black hair with a "sharp" eye mask. He is completely insane and his true origins and motives are yet to be revealed but Brandon is yet to learn where Vital came from and what he wants.
Present Day
Brandon recently became apart of another "Titans" program put together by UNTIL called, Millennium Titans and this is where Brandon becomes known as Velocity due to copyright laws and is given a new UNTIL-issued costume and joins the team as their speedster, jokester, and nickname giver and is quite fond of wise-cracks. Brandons been doing the hero thing for 3 years and is yet to know that the Earth he currently lives on is not his home and will soon find out the truth of where he really comes from.
Getting a Job
Brandon has been starting to realize that hes getting older and is in need of a job after using all his aunt's money to buy like two boxes of pepperoni pizza. That's when Brandon notices that Darren's Pizza is hiring and is in need of a new deliver boy, Brandon thought the job suit him after all his super speed would allow him to get to location rather quick and keep the pizzas still hot. He soon signs up and then gets recruited to be Darren's Pizza's new deliver boy.
Working at Darren's Pizza
Brandon's first day at Darren's Pizza was stressful being that he had to MAKE the pizzas not just deliver them and he so wished that was on the application (unless he sped through it too quick to notice). So Brandon first day is off to a bad start but at least he can burn off some steam with a daily "jog" to every house that places an order for a pizza of some kind. Brandon soon starts to brand himself as a delivery boy by day, awesome butt-kicking speedster by night!
Vital: Origin Point
The Reverse Speedster known as, Vital remained a mystery to everyone but it turns out his true origin was told to Brandon Grant A.K.A Velocity after defeating Vital in a fight that cost him his legs after having both of them broken and with his healing factor on the fritz and beyond the ability to heal his wounds. Vital revealed that his real name was Theodore Travis and he was created as a clone of his sister, Kayla Donn who was now a "Dark Speedster" named, Oubilette who was connected to her own "Dark Hyper-Force.
Theodore was cloned from Oubilette after realizing that she couldn't get pregnant due to her numerous reasons and for that ordered to have a baby cloned from her and grown in an artificial womb where she could see her baby grow, however he would never gain any super-speed powers of his own. She decided to keep her baby a secret and have his name be Theodore Travis instead of Grant. Ted would soon grow to the age of 15 and seek out super powers of his own and then would steal a special drug called, "Exceler-8 which would grant the user temporary super powers. The drug was created by a German scientist named, Natasha Vladimir she would soon be arrested and killed for attempt in distributing "super powers" to the public, the formula however was left behind in her abandoned lab and Ted would find it after scrimmaging for a place to hide from The Destroyer's destroids. Ted would soon memorize how to make more Exceler-8 and become addicted to it and would soon start to name himself, Boy Oubilette.
Exceler-8 would give Ted now Boy Oubilette a mainline into the "Dark-Force" and grant him temporary super-speed for a full 24 hours. Boy Oubilette would soon be targeted by militant destroids and would try to make himself "invisible" by vibrating his molecules to the point he be unseen by the naked eye but he turned out to accidentally teleport himself to the 21st Century on an alternate Earth. This is where he meet Kid Kinetik and the two would battle it out after Boy Oubilette would attack Kid Kinetik out of self defense. Boy Oubilette would eventually absorb a bit of Kid's powers and would no longer be dependent on Exceler-8 and had super speed of his own. That was when he named himself, Vital and became a thorn in Kid's side ever since.
After telling his life story, Ted would be taken to Stronghold and forced to rot in a super-powered prison. Until he escaped months later.
Powers and Abilities
- Superhuman Speed: Brandon's main and most well known power is superhuman speed, Brandon is faster-than-light which allows him to leave behind a red trail of energy behind him. There is no real "Mach" number for Brandon's speed being that the speed of light is not measured in Machs. However Brandon can also alternate between light speed and his ability to break the sound barrier, his recorded Mach number for breaking the sound barrier is, Mach 1.
- Superhuman Agility: With the aid of his super-speed, Brandon's agility makes him untouchable and relatively fast for those who fail to realize his hero name is, Velocity.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Just like his agility his reflexes are unmatched being that he moves faster then the average ninja or skilled hand-to-hand combatant.
- Superhuman Stamina: Brandon's stamina is everlasting. It has been shown it usually takes a full 48 hours til Brandon has to restock on junk food for more energy.
- Superhuman Endurance: Brandon is very "hyper-active" and for that he usually never shows signs of giving up till his is beaten to his breaking point.
- Hyper-Force Energy: With this power, Brandon is capable of drawing energy from the Hyper-Force and project electrical energy at his opponents.
- Hyper-Force Clones: If he moves fast enough, Brandon can create clones of himself to overwhelm enemies and confuse them leaving them vulnerable to a surprise attack.
- Human Tornado: When spinning his legs fast enough, Brandon can create a "Human Tornado" and send villains on a mind-bending ride.
- Accelerated and Regenerative Healing Factor: Brandon possesses a healing factor that allows him to heal open flesh wounds in seconds and for if he ever breaks an arm or leg he can heal from it under 24 hours.
- Time and Dimensional Travel: When vibrating at the right frequency, Brandon can travel through time and dimension, despite this power rarely being used.
- Electricity Generation and Manipulation: Brandon has the power of "Electrokinesis" and can manipulate his bio-electric field and generate currents through specialized structures in his cells.
- Intangibility: Like his time traveling ability, Brandon (when vibrating his molecules fast enough) can become intangible and can make bullets, rockets, missiles, etc. go right through him. (literally)
- Wind Burst Creation: When he twirls his hands fast enough, Brandon can siphon air itself into a little ball of wind and use it to repel enemies.
Weaknesses
- Energy Depletion: When Brandon runs low on energy he has to eat a bunch of junk food and only junk food so that the sugars can replenish his strength and speed.
- Sonic Devices: Brandon's ears are very sensitive to sonic amplification devices due to how his ears tend to "pop" whenever running at light speed. With this he can be easily knocked off his feet
- Plasma-related Burns or Cuts: Brandon's skin is very sensitive to plasma lasers and swords and for this it can give his healing factor a hard time healing from a real life "lightsaber" burn.
- Trip-and-Fall Nets and Bolas A common speedster weakness, Brandon (is anyone is lucky to) can be swept off his feet (literally) if his legs are entangled in a net or "bola"-related device and leave him vulnerable to an attack.
- Abnormal "Universal" Detection: Otherworldly people, entities, and creatures can detect that Brandon is not from the Earth he currently lives on. They may not be able to know he is from Multifaria but they will have some knowledge he is living on an alternate Earth he doesn't belong on.

- Velocity is my first character to ever reach Level 40!
- Velocity was originally based on Bart Allen's Impulse identity and was named "Lightrun" before rehashing him as "Kid Kinetik".
- Velocity has went by many names, "Kid Kinetik", "Lightrun", "Kidnetik", and now his new name "Velocity"
