OVERVIEW
A metahuman from another dimension. One where the world was conquered by their version of Destroyer, who was more vicious, and brutal. This resulted in a destructive world, with an emphasis on violence.
In this dimension, he was given his powers as a result of genetic modification, and heavy cybernetic alteration. After this, he was employed as a pit fighter, at which he was very successful.
When he saw the opportunity, he fought his way out of the pits, into this dimension, where he has become a hero, who has earned the ire of the media for unknown reasons. He has also managed to find a lab to make various gadgets.
As of recently, a benevolent, yet somewhat misguided mage has taken pity on him and Huntsman, and woven a spell to alter the origin of their powers. The majority of their powers now come from mystic entitiesbonded to them. Because even the greatest mages just wing it, yo.
Powers
Strength - His strength is enhanced to the proportionate level of a spider. This enables him to lift huge weights, and punch with much more force than a normal human.
Agility, Senses and Reflexes - His senses have been enhanced to allow him to have the reflexes, and reaction times of a predatory spider. His reaction times are beyond peak human, able to dodge bullets and avoid most immediate danger.
Arachnocontrol - This is a unique power that allows him to find nearby arachnids, and imprint his consciousness onto them, thus controlling them.
Skills
Bad jokes - He makes terrible puns and bad jokes whilst fighting? Why? Because he can.
Attributes
Physique - His physique is that of an athlete, his body is pure muscle. This is because of his agility, and the fact that he keeps himself in top shape so he can fight crime. Or let it hit him in the face until it gets bored. Whichever works.
Intellect - His intellect is his one of his greatest weapons. It allows him to figure out the solutions to various problems, and, in conjunction to his cunning, it makes him a formidable fighter.
Will - He has an indomitable will. He never gives up, even if it means putting himself in extreme danger for someone else's sake.
Gear
Wrist grapnels - Part of his cybernetic alteration, was a set of robotic grapnel implants wired into his wrists. These allow him to travel via swinging, and aid him in fighting.
Gravity pulses - His suit features several gravity pulses in it. One in each hand and foot. These allow him to simulate flight and cling to walls.
Eyes - His eyes have been altered, allowing him to switch between night vision, infrared, and thermal vision.
Gadgets - He has many gadgets themed around his arachnid persona. The exosuit and gravity boots and gloves were the most obvious. But he also had needles dipped in a chemical agent designed to render targets unconscious, which were based on a spiders Ululating hairs. And his pride and joy. A capsule containing MILLIONS OF BABY SPIDERS. BABY WANDERING SPIDERS.
His current known enemy is The Huntsman. A brute of a man, with powers similar to, if not Greater than Wanderer's. And the size to back it up. Why he hates his heroic counterpart is unknown to him as of yet, but he seeks him out to destroy him.
General Perception
To anyone in Westside, he would be idolised, especially by the youth, for his friendly demeanour, and his attitude against the gang culture. To anyone else, in Millenium City, he is a figure of distrust, because of media portrayal as a fiend and a rogue.
