Who are the Rising Force!?
Plainly, Rising Force began as three heroes. The all speedy Kliffoth, the brute force of JUSTICE, The Blue Bruiser, and the miraculous Mercy, recently renamed Zion due to become a full fledged hero!
Registering under UNTIL as a heroic task force, they slowly gained the face to negotiate setting up Rising Force and an UNTIL sub-branch. A heroic task force with no need to answer to a higher calling, so long as they maintain a certian expectation.
This heroic trio caught alot of good press early on, and soon, heroes from all sides of the world's spectrum joined our leaders in their conquest for peace, freedom, and liberty. But not everything was on the up and up. The trio suffered an arguement that would lead Kliffoth, originally a lone wolf kind of guy, back out into the world the way he came. The Blue Bruiser and his old sidekick Zion has resumed to take on new trainees and run the Rising Force for great justice, a goal even Kliffoth thought was noble.
Recently, The original Blue Bruiser was killed in action and Zion disappeared. Throwdown led an inconclusive investigation into the matter, but alas, no culprit was found. A replacement Blue Bruiser was spotted and took control of the group with Zarek Nightwood. However, this was not to last, as Zarek splintered away from the Force, and the Second Blue Bruiser mysteriously vanished. It fell to Throwdown and Jake Worg to continue the legacy and purpose of the Rising Force.

Jake Worg
Jake was taken in by the original Blue Bruiser and trained in the ways of the hero. Jake spent most of his time fighting crime or hanging out with Blue. After many hardships Jake has come to be known as he is today, the Cyborg armor of Rising Force. Jake's PRIMUS files were lost, leaving Throwdown the only remaining Hero to know his true background.
Throwdown
Throwdown was recruited by the Blue Bruiser after a dispute at Club Caprice led to them fighting. Though Throwdown lost, his skills impressed Bruiser enough to take him under his wing and teach the UNTIL agent the world of heroics.
To the original Blue, Throwdown was a great friend and team asset. Throwdown's been instrumental in recruiting potential Rising Force members and regularly spars with whoever approaches him. His knowledge of UNTIL's protocols and the global zeitgiest has proven invaluable. Recently Throwdown and Jake Worg have taken control of Rising Force, in an attempt to continue it's purpose.

Crimson
Crimson had arrived in Millennium City not long before she ran into Zion and The Blue Bruiser. As mutual friends of Ixio, the group spent a fair bit of time together until The Blue Bruiser "persuaded her" to join The Rising Force, and even though she didn't know a single thing about the group or what it stood for, she caved in and joined.
While it's taken her a fair while to get a grip on what The Rising Force actually is, she has since become a valuable member of the team, despite the fact that she doesn't at all consider herself a hero.

Two formerly separate alien AIs shipwrecked on earth during the ongoing Machine War. Taince and Hyrlis were both combat AIs, Micro-ship brains designed, optimised and trained for fighting. Very thoroughly honed, very specialised. Both heavily damaged in a recent encounter, they made a narrow escape. They salvaged bits and pieces from their ships and incorporated them into their joined physical simulation and decided to make themselves useful until they either can fix their one remaining faster than light drive enough to take them back to their compatriots or the Iridians track and destroy them.
Freezermore
Freezermore is the result of spiritual possession. He was captured by a fledgling, demonic cult to be made a vessel for some evil, dark lord. However, a being of pure ice and justice interfered and bonded with Freezermore first. Now, with the aid from the being Ikthul, he takes flight (litterally) to stop injustice with his ice powers.
Rising Force's History and RP arcs
Big overwork. Not up to date.
- Kliffoth, Zion, The Blue Bruiser get together and form a group called Rising Force.
- Several others join Rising Force. Old Man Bob, Zarek Nightwood, Gila, Alexander Amazing, Throwdown, Faroot Asat.
- After gaining some fame, more join the cause. Crimson, King Voodoo.
- King Voodoo leaves the Force after a tiff with his ex, Crimson.
- The original Blue Bruiser dies, Zion disappears, The Second Blue Bruiser shows up, Zarek ascends to leader alongside the Second Coming.
- Zarek leaves, Crimson goes MIA, The Second Blue Bruiser also goes MIA, Throwdown and Jake Worg assume command.Goshawk and Paragon Patriot perish in a fight with VIPER.
